In an era where many people in the workforce are leaving their jobs and looking for more fulfilling work experiences, innovative retention programs are more important than ever.  This program will introduce innovative wellness initiatives and explore practical ways businesses can engage and boost employee wellness, build stronger teams, and find more meaning and connection in their work.

Three diverse topics will address a comprehensive range of strategies:

  • Identifying your Enneagram personality type to reveal behavior patterns that stem from reactions to our daily experiences. Deepening your understanding of these patterns will give you important insights into what gets in the way of your happiness and what is possible for you to achieve.
  • Observation-based feedback enhances decision-making and shows others you value them through listening. Businesses have different needs and cultures that necessitate unbiased, customized, and carefully curated processes. With the data that you collect you will make more informed decisions from a wider perspective, bring teams and colleagues together, and improve work relationships.
  • Wellness is one of the greatest prerequisites of performance and productivity yet many businesses lack a plan to address employee well-being. Learn practical tactics to incorporate various forms of wellness in your business and address the growing concerns people have about their own well-being.

Program includes opportunities to engage with the material from your own experience and perspective.
