In Memoriam | Robert Wilson  (1941-2025)

The Parrish Art Museum mourns the passing of Robert Wilson—our friend, neighbor, and a visionary contributor to the East End’s creative landscape. Shown here at a past Parrish Midsummer Gala, Robert Wilson was a frequent visitor to the Parrish, and his presence consistently energized the Museum.

We are proud to be neighbors of The Watermill Center, which Robert founded in 1992 and developed into a community hub for experimental art and collaboration. His influence was profound, and we are deeply grateful for his extraordinary vision and lasting impact on our community. We will miss him.
