The Energy Triangle: Strategies For Creating Balance Between You and What Pulls You Away
A Parrish Business Members Event
December 12, 2019, 5 pm - 7 pm
Whether it’s a routinely busy schedule or the beginning of the holiday rush, there is so much that can pull us away from what is truly important. In this presentation you will learn strategies to help create balance.
We will explore The Energy Triangle, a guide to commit intention into action by materializing our thoughts in a light and interactive way. Together, we will identify core principles, practical actions, and tools you can take with you and use immediately in your daily life, to find personal balance, even when circumstances may challenge us.
Parrish Business Councilmembers Erik Fredrickson, Nadine Homann, and Jan Rose will provide a wide range of perspectives to help you complete your own personal Energy Triangle and put positive energy to work. After the presentation, enjoy healthy lite fare, networking, and gallery exploration.
This free event is for Business Members and invited guests. Not a business member?
