Spring Awakening: Inspirational Goal Setting for Businesses and Individuals
May 2, 2019, 5 pm - 7 pm
An experiential workshop to awaken and organize your next big achievement
There are so many things we set out to accomplish that it can be difficult to get everything done or know what to do next. In this experiential presentation you will explore various stages of creativity, set your mindset to form a clear direction, and learn a process to put your goals into action.
Join us as guest speaker Erik Fredrickson leads this interactive workshop followed by networking and gallery exploration. Areas that will be focused on will include clarifying the difference between a “want” and a “goal,” understanding process vs. destination and a new twist to a classic goal setting system. At its conclusion, you will have your next action steps ready for achieving your goal or rekindling your resolution.
Erik is the president of Erik Fredrickson Coaching a consulting company that focuses on business feedback/analysis, leadership training, and communication strategies. His work has helped many people from local personal clients in his hometown of East Hampton, NY, to billion dollar companies work through challenging decisions to improving communication. His expert opinions are often published in Forbes, and he is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Erik enjoys collaborating with his wife Sara and spending quality time with their children. He supports charities like Paddlers For Humanity and enjoys almost all forms of fitness. Erik’s goal is to help people achieve their goals and find balance in life.
