Midsummer Dinner

August 14, 2021, 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

As we navigate this challenging time, the safety of our guests and staff is paramount. In keeping in accordance with the CDC, state and local guidelines, we are asking

  • All guests to provide proof of vaccination (copy of vaccine card/Excelsior Pass) or a negative PCR test within 72 hours, either by sending in advance or showing proof at check-in. 
  • Please email proof of vaccination to healthfirst@parrishart.org or bring proof with you to the event.  Guests will not be admitted to the benefit without proof as described.
  • Medical grade masks are to be worn whenever inside of the museum.
  • We will also need you to provide either an email or phone number for each of your guests for contact tracing.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and will send any updated constraints and attendance prerequisites to ensure that all guests are safe. Thank you for your flexibility during these unprecedented times.

In acknowledgment of the sensitivities our community may have as we emerge out of the pandemic, the capacity for this event will be limited. We will be following current and local CDC event guidelines and are asking all guests to show proof of vaccination (Excelsior Pass / photo of your vaccine card) or a negative test within 72 hours of the event upon arrival. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will remain consistent with evolving NYS guidelines and safety protocols. As we get closer to the event, we will send any updated constraints and attendance prerequisites to ensure that all guests are safe. Thanks for your flexibility during these unprecedented times.
