OPEN HOUSE
October 27, 2019, 12 pm - 3 pm
The Parrish Art Museum is hosting a free Open House with activities for adults, families, and children including art and writing workshops, a guided gallery tour, live music, a film on art in the ‘60s followed by a talk, and light lunch bites from The Golden Pear. Admission is free to the Museum all day (10am –5pm); for all activities (noon – 3pm); and for the film screening at 3pm.

Texture Printmaking Workshop with Madolin Archer, Lobby
Tissue Paper Painting with Pamela Collins, Art Studio
Helen Frankenthaler-Inspired Drop-In Poetry Sessions, Galleries
1:30 pm: Harp Demo with Emily Hopkins, Theater
2 pm: Guided Tour with Museum docent, Galleries
12–2 pm: Refreshments, Theater
3 pm: FILM: American Art in the 1960s (1972, NR, 57 minutes. Directed by Michael Blackwood)
Followed by a talk with Terrie Sultan and Alicia G. Longwell
