Now is the time to reconnect mind, body, and soul. It’s also a great time to connect with the Parrish Art Museum in a more holistic way. Join Founder of Vie Wellbeing, Julie Sacks, for a fully immersive Art & Meditation experience. Sacks will lead meditation classes Friday mornings Oct. 8-29 for Parrish Members, and up to 1 guest, incorporating current exhibits into the Meditation for a deeper experience of both. No prior meditation experience necessary.

This event is private begins before the Museum opens. You must register in advance for each class in the series. Space is limited. Members are limited to 1 guest per class.

ABOUT JULIE SACKS

Julie Sacks is a Bespoke Meditation Guide who connects authentically with those seeking to achieve personal growth through empowering meditation experiences. She is the founder of Vie Wellbeing, a modern meditation platform that offers bespoke 1:1 sessions, wellbeing journeys, and a subscription platform to help you live your best life.

This event requires all attendees to show proof of vaccination (vaccine card/Excelsior Pass) or a negative PCR test within 72 hours. We encourage all guests to send their proof in advance by emailing it to healthfirst@parrishart.org. Please put the event title (Art & Meditation Classes) in your subject line. Masks must be worn inside the Museum.
