Meditating on the Museum with Kelly Morris

As an acclaimed expert in the field, Kelly Morris has helped thousands to understand the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ of meditation. On this special night Kelly will share the science of meditation, common obstacles to optimal achievement, and the gifts a regular practice brings. Later she will guide attendees in a simple meditation connecting us to our innate transformative powers while in a state of easy repose and self-awareness. In a world entranced with technology, the ability to return to oneself is a key skill. This first-time event is in the Lichtenstein Theater, so guests will have the ability to sit easily and without discomfort, the first step in a successful practice.

"Think bigger than you ever have before. The world is undergoing a huge shift from 'me' to 'we'. Find your Infinity!” - Kelly Morris

The class will last approximately 75 minutes.
