Dance for Parkinson’s

For individuals with Parkinson's and their care partners, in collaboration with Stony Brook Southampton Hospital

In this 8-week workshop, movement and music combine to engage participants’ minds, body, and creativity in a supportive, social, and joyous class. Dance connects mind to body, develops strength, balance, and expression. Classes include live music and are led by Donna Kaz, a choreographer and movement artist who has trained with the acclaimed Dance for PD program.

No prior dance experience is necessary.

Free program. Registration is required.
