SUMMARY:Jazz on the Terrace: Philippe Lemm Trio
DESCRIPTION:The Philippe Lemm Trio\, led by drummer Philippe Lemm\, and featuring Angelo Di Loreto on piano\, and Jeff Koch on bass\, is continually proving to be one of the most exciting and electrifying jazz trio’s around today. The group met in New York in 2011\, and after one session together\, realized that their undeniable chemistry was one that needed to be shared with the world. The group’s repertoire draws heavily from re-imaginations of jazz standards in a way that both defies genre and corresponds to any modern jazz fan. \nThe group uses their trust and understanding of one another’s musical tendencies to create passionate musical soundscapes\, which range from traditional jazz to the progressive rock/classical-influenced music. Hearing the trio is a special and unforgettable experience\, and you will be captivated after listening to one piece. \nAdvance ticket purchase with pre-event registration is required. \nAll tickets are sold pre-event and online only. No sales at the door. All sales are final\, non-transferable\, and non-refundable. \nThe event takes place outdoors on the Museum’s terrace\, with possible use of the Event Lawn in good weather. Please bring your own chairs\, no Museum seating is available. \nYou must wear a mask to access the event. The event is limited capacity with designated seating areas based on safe social distancing. Face coverings must be worn when in aisles or moving through spaces. \nNo outside food or drink is permitted. Individually packaged food and drinks will be available to pre-purchase through the cafe vendor\, Elegant Affairs.
