Explore the Museum’s galleries between 5–6 PM before the performance. Doors to the Lichtenstein Theater open at 5:45 PM for seating\, with music beginning shortly after. The Parrish Café will be open throughout the evening\, offering food and discounted beverages for ticket-holders. \nAdvance registration is strongly recommended. Limited tickets will be available at the door. All sales are final and non-refundable. \n  \nAbout the Artist\nTaking the stage is Kahlil Kwame Bell\, a Grammy-affiliated master percussionist\, composer\, and producer whose artistry transcends boundaries. Known for blending jazz\, hip hop\, rock\, classical\, world music\, and spoken word\, Bell creates layered rhythms and textures that speak to the unity of cultures through music. With over 150 recordings to his name\, his work is heard daily on jazz and world music radio worldwide. \nBell’s career is defined by collaborations with some of the most celebrated artists across genres: Abbey Lincoln\, Roberta Flack\, Prince\, Erykah Badu\, Luther Vandross\, Branford and Wynton Marsalis\, Norah Jones\, Common\, and Roy Hargrove\, among many others. He is also featured on Jazzmeia Horn’s Dear Love (Grammy-nominated in 2022) and Don Braden’s Earth\, Wind and Wonder and Earth\, Wind and Wonder Volume 2\, both Grammy-nominated.
