SUMMARY:Day Trip to Mana Contemporary with Parrish Director and Chief Curator
DESCRIPTION:Register \nJoin Terrie Sultan\, Museum Director\, and Alicia Longwell\, the Lewis B. and Dorothy Cullman Chief Curator\, Art and Education\, for an art-filled day trip to Jersey City\, NJ where you will enjoy an exclusive experience at Mana Contemporary. \nAt Mana Contemporary\, guests will enjoy private tours of: \n\nDan Flavin: cornered fluorescent light\nArnulf Rainer: Angels and Crosses\nAndy Warhol: The Original Silkscreens\nJohn Chamberlain: The Photographs\nFred Sandback: Sculpture\n\nThe trip also includes an intimate performance by musical artist-in-residence Vicky Chow and visits to the art studios of Doug Argue\, Gary Lichtenstein\, Stanley Casselman\, Mark Niskanen\, and Jani-Matti Salo.  Lunch is included at the Mana Contemporary Cafe. \nTravelers can choose to board the privately chartered Ambassador at the Parrish Art Museum\, or in Manhattan.  During the return trip\, wine and light refreshments will be served. \nPick-Up and Drop-Off Options\nParrish Art Museum Pick-Up at 7:30 am and Drop-Off at 9 pm\n44th & 3rd Hampton Jitney Stop Pick-Up at 10 am and Drop-Off at 6:15 pm \nEarly-Bird Rate\n$150 covers travel\, lunch\, refreshments\, wine\, and all experiences at Mana Contemporary.  Deadline to register: May 17\, 2019. \nFor more information or to register\, please contact the Parrish Membership department at membership@parrishart.org or 631-283-2118 x149. \n  \n
