Your customers’ experience before\, during\, and after they engage with your product or service will look different depending on the type of business you are in; however\, it remains a crucial component in the equation of your success. \nThousands of small and large businesses in our region provide a service to their customers. What are examples of great service? What contributes to repeat business? What makes the East End unique? What challenges are common across all businesses? What tools support great customer engagement today? What’s changed in the past 5-10 years and what’s remained the same? Their stories of success will provide a jumping-off point for a larger conversation about the art of great service in our community and inspire all business professionals to take another look at their own approach and practice. \nGuest presenters: \nDavid E.
