SUMMARY:Workshop | Creative Studio
DESCRIPTION:Theme: Deconstruction and the Distillation of Form \nJoin artist Eric Dever for this Creative Studio for Adults and Teens. Experience abstraction and the refinement of form while working with charcoal\, tempera and watercolor paints. Inspiration for this month’s studio draws from the current exhibition of early works by Roy Lichtenstein as well as Parrish Collection Artists James Brooks\, Charlotte Park and Jasper Johns. \nMake sure to visit Roy Lichtenstein: History in the Making\, 1948 – 1960 prior to this event. \nWorkshops will be held in the Lichtenstein Theater to allow for ample social distancing. Everyone will have their own workspace and materials. Materials will be provided. \n$35 Non-members | $25 Members \nWORKSHOP FULL \nAdvance ticket purchase with pre-registration is required. Enrollment is limited. All tickets are sold online only. You must wear a medical-grade face mask to enter the Museum. Masks will be provided when needed. \nThese indoor events require all attendees to show proof of vaccination (vaccine card/Excelsior Pass) or a negative PCR test within 72 hours. To help us expedite the check-in process\, please be prepared to show your proof of vaccination or negative PCR test.
