DESCRIPTION:In this 8-week workshop\, movement and music combine to engage participants’ minds\, body\, and creativity in a supportive\, social\, and joyous class. Dance connects mind to body\, develops strength\, balance\, and expression. Classes include live music and are led by Donna Kaz\, a choreographer and movement artist who has trained with the acclaimed Dance for PD program. \nNo prior dance experience is necessary. \nFree program.
