DESCRIPTION:We look forward to welcoming you to the Parrish Art Museum. Your health and safety continue to be our priorities. Please be assured that the Parrish is following the most recent guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and New York State to increase its health and safety procedures. \nTo that end\, we have updated our COVID-19 policy. Starting December 26 all visitors to the galleries and attendees at programs and events must be vaccinated and wear a medical-grade mask at all times. \nMASKS \nMedical grade masks must be worn by all visitors age two and older. \nVACCINATIONS \nAll visitors 18 and older must show proof of vaccination and a valid personal ID. \nAll visitors 12 and older must show proof that they have received two doses of an accepted two-dose series vaccine\, or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. \nAll visitors 5 to 11 years old must show proof that they have received at least one dose of an accepted vaccine to enter the Museum. \nAcceptable proof of vaccination for all visitors: \n· CDC Vaccination Card (or photo) \n· NYC COVID Safe app \n· New York State Excelsior Pass \n· NYC Vaccination Record \n· An official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S. \nAcceptable form of ID for those 18 and older: \nA valid ID must include your name and either a photograph OR your date of birth\, such as: \n· Driver’s license \n· Government ID card \n· IDNYC card \n· Passport \n· School ID card \n  \nWe thank you for your cooperation. \nPLAN YOUR VISIT   LEARN MORE
