Sounds of Summer: HooDoo Loungers

It's always Mardi Gras for the New York City revelers, The HooDoo Loungers, dubbed the East Coast's New Orleans Party band. The lively nine-piece band returns to kick off the summer, and they will have you out of your seat and dancing. It's Bourbon Street on the East End.

Sounds of Summer provides a full season of al fresco music in the unique setting that is the Parrish's covered Mildred C. Brinn Terrace. Bring a lawn chair for the terrace or blanket for the Bonnie Comley and Stewart F. Lane Events Lawn, and soak in the lively music.

The Golden Pear Café at the Parrish will will kick off the summer with a buffet of Jamaican Jerk Chicken Breast, Roasted Salmon with Citrus Butter & Herbs, Dirty Rice, Country Coleslaw, and Cornbread for $25.00 per person, plus Montauk Driftwood Ale ($5), Wölffer Summer in a Bottle ($15), Italian Pinot Grigio ($8), and Sag Harbor Stormy ($6).  If you would like to reserve dinner ahead of time, call the café at 631-287-4242.
