School Programs and Exhibitions

School Visits
Teachers and students are invited to explore the Parrish’s permanent collections and special exhibitions. Interactive lessons focus on a small selection of objects to encourage observation and discussion. A variety of grade-specific themes are available and gallery activities or hands-on workshops can also be arranged.

  • Unguided school visits are FREE
  • $65 per class for guided visits with gallery activity or studio workshops
  • All school programs, tours, and workshops are FREE for Southampton and Tuckahoe Schools

2018 Student Exhibition
 

As an extension of the Parrish’s long-standing School Art Festival, the 2018 Student Exhibition will be on view February 3 through March 4, 2018.  Pre-K through 12th grade students are invited to participate. The pre-K through grade 8 portion of the exhibition is open to public and private schools in the townships of Riverhead, Southampton, East Hampton, and Southold. The high school portion is open to students from Brookhaven, Riverhead, East Hampton, Southold, and Southampton townships. Participation guidelines are available at the bottom of this page; registration forms will be posted in October 2018.  The registration deadline is January 10, 2018.
